Presentation Notification

Oral Presentation Notification

  1. Presentation Time: The duration of each panel is 80 minutes. Every presenter has 15-20 minutes for presentation. The chairperson will arrange the timeline of scheduled panel.
  2. Presentation Material: Please bring your presentation files on a USB memory stick to your session room and give it to the staff before your scheduled session starts. Recommended file formats as below:
    1. PPT or PDF
    2. For images, JPG, GIF or BMP format
    3. For video, WMW, MPEG format
  3. Equipment at Session: The session rooms will be equipped with a laptop running Windows (no Mac), projector, microphone, mouse and smart pointer.
    1. It is not recommended to use your own laptop computer for your presentation to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility.
    2. If you are a user of Apple Macintosh / Apple Keynote / Personal Laptop, please notify the Secretariat via e-mail by September 30 and bring your Mini Display Port-VGA Adapter.

Poster Exhibition Notification

  1. Poster content:Poster should include the title of paper, name(s) of author(s) and affiliation(s).
  2. Poster size:A poster board of 200cm height and 100cm width will be provided.
  3. Placing your poster:Please set-up your poster on the designated board before 10:00 PM, Oct. 28. Pushpins and ribbons will be provided.
  4. Presenting your proposal:Please stand next to your poster during 12:40-13:30, Oct. 28 to exchange ideas with others.
  5. Removing your poster:If you want to bring back the poster, please remove the poster after 3:30 PM and before the end of conference, or the poster will be destroyed by the Secretariat after the end of conference.

發表注意事項

口頭發表注意事項

  1. 發表時間：每場次共80分鐘，每人發表時間15-20分鐘，其它時間由主持人安排開放討論。
  2. 發表使用素材：簡報檔案請存在USB隨身碟自行攜帶至會場，於各場發表前10分鐘交由各場工作人員處理。檔案格式如下：
    1. PPT或PDF檔
    2. 圖片檔格式：JPG、GIF、BMP
    3. 影片檔格式：WMW、MPEG
  3. 會議室設備： 各會議室將提供筆電（作業系統為Windows）、投影機、滑鼠、麥克風及簡報筆。
    1. 建議您使用現場提供之電腦設備進行發表，以避免設備相容性問題。

  1. 壁報內容：壁報應包含論文名稱、作者姓名、共同作者姓名、服務機構
  2. 壁報尺寸：壁報架規格為200cm(高) x 100cm(寬)
  3. 壁報張貼：請發表人於10月28日上午10:00前完成張貼，現場將提供圖釘與膠帶
  4. 壁報發表：請發表人於當日12:40-13:30移至發表壁報旁與他人進行交流
  5. 壁報卸除：如需留存壁報，請於當日15:30之後至活動結束前，自行卸下 帶回。如未卸下，將由主辦單位銷毀
