Unemployed Human Resource of Science and Technology (HRSTU) is referred from Gender indicators in science, engineering and technology from UNESCO in 2007, who corresponds to at least one of conditions below but in unemployment:

 

  1. Those who accomplish higher educations in fields of Science and Technology (S&T).
  2. Those who do not receive diploma above but have worked in positions which require one.

 

No related statistical projects have been conducted so far by our Ministry of Education nor by DGBAS.
